Good rule of thumb: Do every Paragon quest available in the game, always select Paragon conversation options, and use charm as much as possible and things will generally work out ok.
Yeah like that Asari Eclipse merc that goes on to murder innocents if you let her live. Or destroying the collector base containing tech that can help level the field against the Reapers. Smart...

Wat? Not only is there never any mention of her again, but the one person she killed had sold her and her friends a lethal poison without telling them about that part...Skilled Seeker wrote...

It is smart because Bioware favors Paragons and dislikes Renegades. They would never do anything to make Paragons life hard. Even when it turns out Paragon choice is worse, they still never have anything bad come out of it.Skilled Seeker wrote...

I also hope sparing Rachni Queen works good. Fiction or not, having preemptive genocide of an intelligent species as the "right" option is just something wrong for me.

Actually, it's unclear how much Dakni Kur really knew. Pitne For is the one who claims responsibility for failing to mention the lethality problem. And anyway, that may have been why Wasea selected him as an initiation target, but it's quite obvious that Elnora killed him because:
a. It would get her a uniform
b. She thought it'd be fun
I.e., her personal motive had nothing to do with the Minagen X3 at all. She doesn't once ever mention the stuff, even in her little "victory" journal entry where she crows about blowing his suit open.

First time Ash killed him. I hate her ever since.
Did you hate Shep once you found out Shep could kill him?

I love Wrex, and now I save him. Ashley, I just can't warm up to her.
