Well, technically, NONE of the lip syncing actually matches.  It's just close enough to fool us, which is also why they do it with the aliens: so it's unobtrusive.  Most people just tune that stuff out, but if there was a large discrepancy between the audio and the speech motion, they'd find it terribly and constantly distracting because the game would look like a badly dubbed kung-fu flick whenever an alien with a visible face started talking. 

Also, it's mentioned in the Codex that a lot of aliens actually do speak English and other Earth-languages, so it's not necessarily always the case that translators are being used in the games.

In her suit, which has special gear and compartments to store processed bodily waste.  Same for all quarians. Seriously.  It's briefly explained in the Ascenscion novel, IIRC.

He's not bald unless you make him that way. Default mshep has a classic well tried buzzed haircut. It is commonly used in battle so that your enemy can't grab onto you hair and either off balance you or to use it as leverage in order to kill you quicker. Girls must buzz their hair, keep it short, or tie it back.
