I wish i didn't kill Kelly in ME2. Im not even sure how I did.
Hm. I hope this doesn't end as a double post...
This one's easy. You did a mission instead of going through the Omega-4 Relay immediately after the abduction. Alternately, you didn't send someone back to escort the crew.
Ahh ok. I did other missions before going through right away. Thank you. I am a little upset becuase she is the only character I have ever lost (other than Kaiden, becuase i picked Ashley).

The Collector General.
Anyone who didn't feel sorry for it when Harbinger abandoned it has no soul. It just made want to pick it up and give it a hug.
Seconded. Amazing how Bioware made me feel sorry for a bug-like creature who had been trying to kill me (albeit indirectly and against its will) the entire game.
The colonists the collectors took- There were children taken.
Nihlus- It would've been handy to have someone the council respected say the Reapers existed.
Vigil- Why can't we put a new battery in him anyways?
Ashley- Sorry Ash, I had to make sure the bomb went off.
Jacob- No not that Jacob, the one on that random sidequest in ME1 who was braindead and on life support. I just wish I could've called the alliance to pick him up instead choosing whether he died or stayed floating in space forever.

Oh, he's hiding in Ilium.
Jenkins: Nihlus! Are you coming with us?
Nihlus: I die faster on my own.
Saren: lol yes you do.

This post is full of win. But Jenkins died first....... oh well, they both got owned anyway.

Not as fast as Jenkins though. Ripped right through his shields....

Jenkins should have died, completely uninteresting. Shepard, I actually LIKED the opening for ME2(Death and coming back), bite me.
As for Vigil, you guys need to go talk to Anderson/Udina in ME2, you can't just put a new battery in him, he shut himself down. Bye bye, no more spark in the circuits, get it?

Ah yes "Nihilus", a plot-item used to shock the player into reality and show them how vulnerable even the elite are, whilst making them realise the danger that is posed by Saren, we have dismissed that claim.

Saren - such a good villain. I understand he had to die, but the collectors are a weak replacement.
Uh, I find it hard to sympathize with a genocidal jack-ass that wanted to exterminate humanity. Might as well feel sorry for Hitler while we're at it....

If I were wealthy I'd pay EA/Bioware to add him in ME3(Secret character) as a fully voiced/fleshed out character.
Same goes for Shiala(green) but she's alive and a possible squad mate.

I think it's funny that every one thinks of Nihlus as a BAMF, when we never actually see him do anything worthy of that title. I guess other characters talk about his badassery, but all we see is him do is get tricked and then shot. If he didn't look/sound so cool he'd probably be the subject of a joke meme.
Its the way Samara talks about him and how she tried to kill him is why I think he is so badass. That and him and Garrus are pretty much the only 2 known Turians that dont have a bad disposition (Spelling?) towards humans.

Actually, Executor Pallin was mostly cool with humans. He just didn't like Spectres. Chellick was cool too once it was clear you weren't going to completely screw-up his investigation. Also, General Septimus was chill (if a bit belligerently drunk at first), as were Lilihierax and Lorik Qu'in on Noveria (though the latter did get a bit miffed when you pressured him into testifying against Anoleis). And don't forget the Citadel Groundskeeper. He's a really friendly sort too.
