it's all right untill i go into prison in Mass effect 2.
After sceen where the prison leader require no weapon and introduce his prison. I controled my char keep going. In the first turn left, it's Crash and show me two messages. The first related to kernel32.dll , after i closed that message, it's  also close the game. and  this message keep showing. (two of them are the same, the difference are ntdll.dll and kernel32.dll

Does this happen repeatedly? If so, re-install the game. (Or "verify game cache," after right-clicking on the game and selecting properties in Steam, if that's where you bought it.)



If it was just a one-time event, it appears ME2 is not particularly stable on your system, but it's not stopping you cold. If this is the case, it's possible someone could give advice, but not without specs per the stickied thread.

It repeated everytime i went to the first turn left in that prison.

I searched on google and there are many problems like this on other scene. it also related to kernel32.dll, maybe i have to re-install it.



But can u show me the clearer way to verify game cache?

CPU, Video card, ram, windows version, game version, directx version. You forgot to mention any of these things.

It could also be a corrupted save game file. Load a different save and try again.

Thats the only advice I can give based on the very limited information you have provided.

Because of the examination, i cant visit this page as well as play the game. Here My system information:

Anyway, i tried to reinstall, but it showed the same problem at the same place too.

And it will keep giving the same error until you apply the 1.02 patch. This is one of the things we assume you have already done because its common sense to install any and all patches before making a request for help.

Download the patch, install it, and then try again. Also, ME2 specifically requires DirectX9.0c, not 10. Install that from the disk.

I apply the 1.02 patch, and it show the error about Runtime Error, C+++++++
