Hello, I read through as many other threads before posting, but I recently bought DA:UE about a week ago, and all of my DLC is unauthorized although my account is registered. I auto log in every time I start up the game and the CD key is present after I checked the FAQ. It shows all the DLC, but only origins and awkening is authroized.

Have you redeemed the code in the box? It's on that insert which also says something about Mass Effect 2.



Here's what I did to make it work:



1. Went here and redeemed the code that was on that insert: http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php



2. Waited ten minutes



3. Started the game up, and relogged



4. If it doesn't work, log out, minimize the game, press windows key + R, type services.msc, find dragon age content updater on the list, right click on that and press start, repeat step 3.

Doh, fail perception test. I thought that was just some junk promoting mass effect. Glad I didn't throw it away now. Hopefully all DLC will now be working. Thanks for making me look ....

Hmm I used the redeem code, on this page it says I have access to all, but still strugling with the unauthorized thing ingame... Tried your advise, so far nothing

It's a problem since yesterday with the bioware servers. Check the numerous other threads on this board.
