And yes, its all but certain that its the one archer guy in the group shot. For some reason, I'm immediately reminded of Stormtrooper armor when seeing the blown up image.

If this is the case, perhaps the specialised classes of Hawke's followers don't have to follow all the rules of the player classes? (I mean re. warriors not getting archery.)

Anyway, I'm glad this has given a bit of fuel to the discussion.

I think that this is female human. Silhouette is willowy not of a human male. Definitely not an elf-round, small ears. So human female- with short hair in a beautiful armor without fake breasts of DAO medium ones.

I don't know - I agree the silhouette is slender, but the figure still looks very male to me.  The head and hair have a particularly male look to them, I think.
