Now that's just mean, first a dark silhuette, now a tiny picture that gets blurred beyond recognition when blown up.

All I can see it's a male, with brown hair... or not

Maybe its Nathaniel Howe? I am sure they have changed Howe`s looks abit, as they did Isabella. Didn`t he head off to the Free Marches after Awakening?

that armor looks more like the armor aveline is wearing in the developer diary than this DLC character.

Won't work. It's not an elf, so despite probably being more interesting as a character, people won't ask as feverishly to romance it.

Not that I understand the ladies' fixation with elvenkind. They can't even grow a proper beard, Ancestors' sake!

I'm with you on the whole "character redesign" thing, but this is wayyyyyy to blurry a pic to make any judgments . . . .even if it is Nate, it's impossible to tell what he looks like.

With that cleared up, I do agree - it looks similar to that armor.  A city guard companion type?

Well consider for a moment what Isabela,and Flemeth look like now.  Howe had dark hair in Awakenings.  It's obvious it's not Alistair unless he has taken up the bow.

But how are you sure he's not an elf? Not that I'm saying fangirlism for him should be any less rabid if he weren't, but the possibility definitely exists . All we have after all, are some very grainy frontal and some slightly less grainy rear poses to go with.

He was in the Free marches before Awakening.

Haha- oh I know. Its the internet though- you make snap judgments on blocky pixelated pictures! But IF that were to be Nathaniel, it would seem he got one hell of a tan and a dye job on his hair while in the Free Marches.

I'm just waiting to see an old Origins companion in the new Hot Rod Samurai style.<_<
