Well... I have a sort of crush on Aria (I know, but there les romance so why not?) so I'd like her. She would be an onboard information broker. I even have a fanstory about her and how she has to abandon Omega.

Aside from that... Maeko Matsuo - she'd be in league with Garrus (sparring), that matriarch from the bar on Ilium (forgot her name but her parents fought to the death) - she could be the one who kills Miranda and Jacob and takes their ship duties (don't like them, always have them die in the end). Lia’Vael - Tali's assistant. Shai'ra - I won't have to get any more paragon points, she'll be my moral compass since I'm a very kind person =D

The two most useful though are Shai'ra and Aria since they are both very influential.

Because the Normandy SR-2 needs its own Galaxy of Fantasy guild.  I mean they did just come out with that new expansion...

Ah, I'm glad its not just me then.  The first person I thought of was Conrad Verner and in the same exact role. To add on, I think a combat role is not suitable for him. 
If he is really that keen to help and shows promise then he can work his way up from Gardner's assistant. 
Personally, I thought he might fulfill a sort of comic relief initially as the rest of Normandy crew egg on him.

Jayne Kal'Reegar (just to be awsome), Maeko Matsuo (security, I really like her for some unknown reason, same with Nilus) Urz (pet)  and Matriarch Aethtya (for the bar and the lolz). Both the Asari we have had on the ship so far have been very polite and reserved. We need one with a quad!

Matriarch Aethtya- Asari matriarch and bartender, sounds like she could definetly hold her own in a fight and could be in charge of Kasumi's bar.

Kal'Reegar- Could always use another Quarian, let alone a marine, perfect for any firefight.

Lia'Vael- Could help her with her Pilgramage and she's has possible EVA and repair skills, those are always useful.

Urz- Because who can resist a pet Varren.

Emily Wong- The only friendly news repoter, just give her a pistol and armor and were set.

Captain Kirrahe- Always good to have another Salarian to help hold the line.

Well there the ones off the top of my head I'd recruit in an instant.

I really enjoyed Serenya (sp?) during Thanes recruitment mission. The banter with her in the skycar was better than that with teammates at some points. She seemed pretty level-headed with a good attitude, plus she was a security chief so she must have some tricks up her sleeve.



Shiala and Parasini are tied for second.

First, I'd need more crew quarters to house everyone. I never liked just sticking people in random places. Where on earth are Garrus and Tali supposed to sleep? At least the squadmates with their own rooms have a cot or a visible couch where they could probably sleep comfortably.

I'm thinking we knock out Miranda's room/office and turn it into another mass crew quarters. With Garrus as my XO, she doesn't rate her own room.

Let's see:
Lia'Vael and Kenn for Tali's engineering staff.
Ashley, Kal'Reegar and Shiala to manage on-board security (to prevent another incident like the Collector attack).
Matriarch Aethyta to tend bar and kick ass (Kasumi would need to be moved so people could actually *use* the lounge without disturbing her).
Liara would be moved into the comm room and linked up via another quantum singularity to the Shadow Broker network. She'd then be like an Otacon for Shepard during missions, using the Shadow Broker's cameras to gather intel as he fights his way along.
Slave Girl Quarian to help maintain and upgrade EDI and Legion (she supposedly has AI experience).
Dr. Chloe Michel to help out Chakwas... going to need another medical doctor to take care of all these new crewmembers.
Urz... the ship needs a mascot.
Emily Wong to manage public affairs. Shep needs a good reputation, after all, if he's going to get the galaxy on his side to fight the Reapers.
