 hi, i just got the the final battle with the king of shadows for the first time and i cant click on the portal.. i saw videoes, and i cant click on it because its like its not even there.. i killed garius already and i really want to finish the game. please help me!

Try running around Garius' corpse for a bit, see if that triggers it. Sometimes, it gets stuck, and you have to move around to "jog" it.

i am moving freely in the room and i went around garius' corpse for like 14 times.. i am walking there like there is no portal at all..

Are you missing any any companions (besides the ones that betray you)?

Did you get the cutscene where Grobnar wonders why the fools betrayed you and Amon Jerro tells you to take what you need from the bodies?

yes, i have all the companions that stay with me and no one is missing and I had the cutscene where grobnar wonders why they left me and ammon says that I need to take what I need from the boddies...

Anyone? I really want to finish the game and start playing Mask of the betrayer.. is there any DeBigMode that can fix it? this is the third time I am playing this game from the start and I never got to finish it because of bugs and this time I am so close..

nope, when i patched my game in the last time I had an awful graphic problem.

I've had this problem several times, including with the latest patch. Sometimes I can get it to work by saving and reloading, but sometimes there's nothing to do but try and replay the Garius fight.



The good news is that even if you forgot to save before the fight, there's definitely an Autosave right before you come out. Replaying the fight might be the faster than trying other methods.

Ok I am tring for several days and I got no idea how to do that! This problem never ends.. although I found out that I got 3 copies of the sword of gith for some reason..

I dont know how to upload and link a save game file, how do you do that? And I dont think that I am using any custom contect...

Allright, if you're not sure if you're using mods, then you're probably not using any.

Your saves are stored in seperate folder in "C:\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\Username\\\\My Documents\\\\Neverwinter Nights 2\\\\Saves"
That's for XP, I'm not sure where Vista and 7 dump the save files. If you can't find them, then give your saves a distinctive name and do a search on your harddrive for any filder with that name.

Once you have the folder of the save, compress it down to a single archive. If you have no archive utitlity on your computer, google for winrar or 7-zip.
Now that your save is one handy file, go to any upload service. http://depositfiles.com/en/ for instance. Just upload the archived save and post the link, then I can download it and have a looksie if I can fix your problem. No promises, though.
