Mods, or DLC. I assume for the former, which is only available on PC. DLC, in the off-chance that you mean that, can be downloaded from any platform.

And no, you can not get mods for the 360. They use different coding than the PC.
You can get DLCs by buying them in the marketplace.

At the time you asked this question, there was already a separate thread on PAGE 1 detailing the limitations and abilities of "modding" on the Xbox 360. You were just too lazy to search for 30 seconds. In addition, you aren't asking for "real help." You don't know how to program (on the 360 or otherwise), you don't have the source code, and you don't have the computer software needed to accomplish the task. You're dead in the water. The best you can hope for is some save game hex editing, which you also could have found out by taking a few seconds to look around. And that is not without its risks.
By the way, what I did is use hyperbole to illustrate a point. That you needed to use personal insults and attacks in response shows a lot about your character and your maturity level. Considering you apparently don't even understand what "modding" is, a quick google search on the topic would likely have educated you with enough information that you could have used to come to the table with a specific and relevant question instead of a blanket generic one with no possibility of a successful response. Then MAYBE, we could help you.
