after this game stucks

Is this all servers or just a single server? Is it empty, and which server is it?

Sounds like perhaps an issue with your router or firewall or proxy, or something else is blocking you ( like an isp ).
If a PW admin sets his stuff up wrong this sort of thing happens, which is a bit technical, but a player does not have to configure anything usually.
It is connecting to the gamespy server, but can't reach the servers which actually host the PW's.

Turn off your firewall for a moment, look at your router, see if you have anything else running, research it on http://www.portforward.com.
Might want to get on IRC and ask there, it's really a networking issue at heart.
