So, on my online profile it only shows 2 of my characters at level 4 and 5. The level 5 character is level 8 in-game. Also, I have 8 characters in total, not 2
. I have tried to manually save after changing armor, ect. but the problem continues. If anyone can help me out here it would be greatly appreciated [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/smile.png[/smilie] .

First, look in the Profile Diagnostics on this site (it's one of the options in the player profile).
- Does it list any errors with the characters? There's a very useful thread about the errors with additional info on upload here: http://social.biowar...6/index/1276265.
- How many files does it list as uploaded? If you have exceeded the 50 files limit the profile stops updating.
If the Diagnostics doesn't show anything odd then the next reason would be enabling the developer console - you have to disable it for the upload to take place.

Turned dev console off about 2 hours ago, and I save right after. It still has not updated. During that time I have leveled up multiple time and progressed in the story a little. I am only at 4 files. The name contains not foreign characters, it is simply "Artemis". Still no such luck.

It works now, took about... 3 hours to update 9 hour old data.

The upload takes time - sometimes when a lot of people are uploading at the same time, it might take several days. The profiles for update "stand in a line" so to speak and everyone has to wait for their turn. Also the profiles that aren't visited by other users upload slower. You have to be patient.
Anyway, I'm glad it worked.

The other day when I clicked on Player Profile, and then on the Screenshots tab, I noticed a message about upload progress even though I had no screenshots to upload. Perhaps visiting that Screenshots tab will move things along?

Report what to whom? Kloreep has left the forums, upset about the Origins requirement from EA. He won't be answering. You are in a GAME forum here, where we discuss techinical problems in hardware and software that create conflicts in this particular game. We are just other gamers. EA doesn't visit as a matter of regular procedure, and Bioware never has done so to any great extent, either. "Report" would seem to mean you hope to hear from someone official - but you can't do that here.
Your question is about the web site, which is a mess, amateur quality everywhere, with a very minimal amount of attention being paid to fixing everything wrong. To discuss your complaint with other gamers, there is a Site Help forum. EA Help remains on every page at the bottom center, where you see the links for EA Help.
