Okay, I'll bite:-
Standard Edition:- Something akin to the start of the final scene in the teaser trailer, with Shepard with his back to the viewer looking down upon the scorched earth.
Collector's Edition:- A metal case in a plastic, mostly clear plastic slip. The slip has the title, EA and BioWare logo, etc. on it while the metal case has an image on both sides and can be thus reversed to give a different front cover. Suggestions: a paragon/renegade cover, a MaleShep/FemShep cover, a Shepard/Reaper cover.
Spectre Edition:- Comes in a large Alliance style military footlocker with an N7 logo on the top. Within you will find the above Collector's Editon along with other goodies, such as your model Normandy or remote controlled Mako or geth bed lamp, etc.

I'd like to see something in between what Terror put out, and the japanese cover of ME1 - that's some gorgeous imagery.

For fun, I whipped up this one just a moment ago in Gimp. Pulled the logo from Joystiq's website. Used a screenshot I took ingame, and used a tweaked version of Ladyshara's Shara Shepard (here is the original). Just messed with levels and added some grain and glow for a gritty kind of look.

I agree, maybe it should be scenes from the teaser. Like the reaper about to step on the camera angel.

The cover should feature Tali's cracked charred helmet laying on the ground with blood seeping from the gaps and flies surrounding it. A shift looking cow should be pictured taking a crap on the helmet as well.

Box art that has two sides, similar to games like Fable. Different things on both sides:
Paragon/Renegade
Female/Male Shepard
One half of the crew/Other half of the crew
Just my idea. I don't like that it is only Male Shepard on the cover since not EVERYBODY plays as him.

I like the two sides idea. I would prefer just the armor, not the face of Shepard. One side, renegade the other paragon.

That pic is sweet.
I think that the standard copy should simply be the signature sun rising over the curvature of a planet, but with the planet on fire.
The Collector's edition cover art should have just Harbinger on the cover against a black backdrop.
The so-called Spectre Edition cover...N7 was used in ME2, but done again differently would be awesome.

I am in awe at your guys' cover art, seriously... Am1's and Alphyn's feel like they're close to what the real thing should be like - maybe give that N7 edition a more Metallic feel, but something along those lines would be great. You crazy kids and your photoshop...
