I think the standard edition is finished:




...and that is the collector's edition, as soon as I can I will post more of that one (metal case, manual, discs,...). And I'm planing on a sort of "UberAwesome edition" and another very special edition I want to be a surprise.

Tomorrow I'm leaving for the hollydays to a place with no internet, so I'll try to post as much as I can before that, and maybe I will bring something done when I come back.

@Awesomename: I could try to do that if I get a picture like that.

@Am1, that collector's edition reminds me of the death of superman comic issue - a pure black cover with a very memorable symbol. I can dig it 8-)

Actual art that is reminiscent of the posters of classic sci-fi movies, Star Wars, Blade Runner, Star Trek etc. I want the cover to convey the sense of and epic space opera ending, not the usual "face shot" of the leading cast on modern summer blockbuster posters.

The normal edition is 'meh'. It's just a screenshot from the trailer, come on!  The Collector's Edition looks good, bit it looks too much like the ME2 CE. I like the simplicity, though.

For fun, I whipped up this one just a moment ago in Gimp.  Pulled the logo from Joystiq's website.  Used a screenshot I took ingame, and used a tweaked version of Ladyshara's Shara Shepard (here is the original).  Just messed with levels and added some grain and glow for a gritty kind of look.
