Change Party Screen

When I go into the change screen my camera view is directly over my character looking down at the top of my head.
I cannot see any party members. I have Alister, Morrigan, Dog and just got Leliana. I went to go switch her out with the Dog and this is what I am seeing now.

This is often caused by the Dragon Age Toolset. If you have the toolset installed and you’ve messed around with it (including beta versions), the toolset may be overriding the scripting of the single player experience. The fix:
1) Load toolset, goto tool > export > Empty Export Directories
2) FIND:
Windows XP: My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\modules
Windows Vista: Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\modules
*Delete the single player folder*
3) FIND:
Windows XP: My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override
Windows Vista: Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override
*Delete everything in this folder*

I also get a weird error when I load up DA. I click resume and it tells me that the save data has Premium content and someone who owns it needs to log in. I click ok and then resume again and it loads just fine. I just cannot select characters...

I still cannot see anyone except the top of my head on the Party Select screen. I'm sad to say but this has kind of killed my will to play. This happened for no reason and seems my only option is to start over. I really don't want to have to do that.
DA is an amazing game but its too riddled with problems it seems. I know there will be Apologists wanting to push it off on something else. But, its not enough. After reading all the forums for the last week I just can't believe these things are happening. I am really happy for all those who are not having problems. I wish I could be in that group. I wasn't either until I made my second character.
I guess I'm done until these things are fixed.

If by simply opening a program I screwed up my game that is unacceptable.

Well that is Biowares fault then. Not mine. I haven't even done anything in the toolset except install it and open it once. I didn't make anything in it or attempt to alter any files.

That may be so, and it may not even be the fault of the toolset... This is a user-help forum and while my statements are based on data I've collected, they're in no way endorsed by or in any way obligating of the makers of the game (aka Bioware and EA). We have been able to prove that making use of the toolset can create overrides... even just opening it and loading things and looking around. Loading additional content (including the Camp Chest, which was made by a bioware dev) can cause problems in the single player campaign.
Further, such issues can be saved into a saved game resulting in permanent damage to the save. There's a reason that RPG's have long had the advice to "save often to new files". It would certainly be frustrating to lose my progress (I'm 56-ish hours into the game) but I have a variety of incremental saves all the way back to the end of my Origin story.

(edit)
The main problem is that I had no reason to open the party screen until this point. I had who I needed in my party. You can't even change back in the Origins part so it makes it pointless to try. So, this problem could have been going on the entire life of this character and I didn't know it. Again, not my fault.

Bioware has some fine storytellers, but this computer rpg game market and all of its bugs is just for the birds.

I have the exact same problem. Anyone know if there is a console command to add party members or any other workaround? Otherwise I'll just have to start all over. Luckily I'm only in Lothering.

There are console commands. Read http://social.biowar...58/index/275974
