From the little I know, you may wish to halt DEX at 36, or STR at 42, and continue to feed the other stat. Be advised to get Cunning to 16 for skill usage, cap Will at 30; rest should be fine.
I advise to get better Massive armor:; Cailan's, Warden Commander set, and Wade's Superior Plate are all recommended.
