So... sneaking into arl Howe's estate... cool.

Put on our costumes... oh, my human warrior is now dressed like the Howe guards.
Makes sense.

Naturally they wouldn't think my wandering about to be unusual.

Even though I have a Mabari with me. Well, I guess guard dogs make sense.

As for Zevran... well, I'm sure Howe has a lot of elves on the payroll, right?
It's not like elves are treated as slaves or anything. They're always allowed to wander about armed.

As for Shale... well, every guard troop has a giant stone golem of dwarven design... so perfectly normal.
Nothing out of the ordinary there.

Haha, yeah the party members themselves I thought would give it away. I had an all human party, the problem for me was the weapons. Why would there be two mages as part of the guard? Wouldn't that be a little out of the ordinary as well?

Well the Mabari makes sense.

With helmets it might be hard to tell zevran is a elf.

But shale....LOL. Thats hilarious.

How did you get Shale into the estate? They forced me to remove her from my party for that.

Yeah, I thought that was funny, too. No other guards are carrying flaming swords and shields representative of another country or anything...

I also liked how, after being rescued by my teammates in Fort Drakon, I magically went from underwear to fully clothed and armed in my prison cell. :)

I also liked how I could pretty much picklock any chest in any home or store. I didn't do it for the longest time because I automatically assumed I'd get yelled at/attacked/arrested/etc., but...apparently not.

By the way...the elven maid says before you enter that shale is not allowed inside, cause she'll attract too much suspision....

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

Weird, it wouldn't let me take Shale with me for that part of the quest.

It mentioned that Shale couldn't come.

But, it didn't remove her from the party or anything. It just ended the dialogue.

I was able to talk to her again, and she didn't seem to care that Shale was there anymore.

I guess a glitch?

Does it matter that I'd gone to the area, left, and came back?

Have you ever played LEGO Star Wars?
There's parts of that game where you can get helmets put on your characters to make them look like Stormtroopers. This lets you open certain doors, and walk past enemies.

With most characters, putting the helmet on basically replaces your character's head (you're LEGO after all).
However, if you do it with Chewbacca, you get the helmet stuck on an angle on top of his head. Cause he obviously can't wear one.
But just having the helmet sitting there is enough to fool the enemy. :P

Not sure, when the dialogue ended for me, it immediately popped up the group interface.

Sounds like a glitch, lol

And there was an elf working for Howe in the first group that you kill for the Crows sidequests, so it seems likely there could be some. There were dogs in the estate that I saw, too.

I know what you mean though, there are some party members that look really, really out of place in a guard uniform (like Wynne)

Well... maybe she's one of the guards' mother?

Making sure her little boy doesn't come to any harm. :)
