So is default Sheploo the star of the comic? Because if that's true it's going to be a little weird when I give him a facelift and a sex change during the ME2 opening scene...Of course none of my former squadmates are going to comment on "the change" - they're too polite.
Can't confirm, but I think you can play as male or female. I know I read something about that somewhere, but I can't find the link and god only knows if it's true anyway.
One question. I played ME1. Why do I need this again? I'm not knocking it for people who want it, but is there something special about this I just don't understand? Anyway, I guess my responce is, thanks. I don't need it, but I appreciate the effort.

Game > Comic
With how long ME1 has been out I'm surprised any PC/360 Gamers wouldn't have at least 1 save that they're happy about.

In my every game Kaidan is killed! I don't have enough time for making new game! Easy?Elite Midget wrote...
Because apparently the whinners like having stuff even though they already have the surperior format.

You're lazy that you want a Comic and ME1 while PS3 owners only get a comic with less choices?

Wow so first we got the "BW is unfair for belitteling/forgetting the PC/360 gamers"- whiners and now we got the "we only get the game we wanted for so long and nothing more on PS3 -it's so unfair" whiners ?Elite Midget wrote...

You have already lost the argument when you have to resort to childish insults like calling people "whiners". There are very valid reasons why this comic should be available to ALL Mass Effect gamers. It certainly does not harm PS3 users in any way if the comic is made available to PC/360 users.
Should PS3 users have got ME 1 ? of course they should've but for commercial reasons that isn't possible. Besides we already had people complaining they were getting a "year old game" I dread to think what they would have said if they discovered they were getting a 3 year old game
If Bioware wants to treat ALL of it's customers properly then from now ALL content from Mass Effect 2 onwards should be made available to ALL Mass Effect customers.

I was hoping that something from him will help us with indoctrination and such... it was really similiar to Reapers, I supposed it was somehow connected to them in some way. But we´ll see.

Well, now I can finally uninstall ME1. Until the inevitable "play through the trilogy" marahon next year, that is.

If they released an actual paper comic book of Mass Effect: Genesis with everything in it (minus the obvious carry over), then that's a different story.

As a 360 Owner I don't approve of this outright lazy and one-up move that the whinners complained to Bioware about. Shame on you lazy lot. You've had years to enjoy ME1 and you still demand for a Comic, that has 'many' missing choices from ME1, just because you weren't supposed to get it.
Lazy is what all of you that supported this becoming non-exclusive are.
Like the Comic was ruining 'your' ME Experience in any way. Hell, you could youtube this on the first day and know everything about this.
I'm ashamed to call those who support this as fellow 360/PC Users.
I don't know about you but I believe on taking the high ground and I hate to see our name tarnished by lazy and extremely greedy "Mine-Mine!" Whinners!

PC/360 gamers should get the comic if for no other reason than the "default save" for a new ME2 shep SUCKS. council must be killed, wrex must be dead, and the VS is always the opposite sex of shepard. that, and it looks cool. PS3 users are complaining that its not exclusive: you get all the DLC for free, including Overlord and LOTSB. those two combined were as good as the game itself. I had to pay for them. you dont. not to mention that your version of ME2 has been tweaked to be a truly better game than its 360/PC counterpart.
No, we aren't getting anything for free. We are getting the ultimate edition before you guys.

It's only childish to those that are so selfish and self-centered about themselves that they took away what was supposed to compensate for a lack of ME1.

Why the Whinners wanted the comic? It's simple.
One-Up the Competition
Greed
Laziness
A Gimmie-Gimmie and Mine-Mine Mindset
Demanded to have a more true and full ME Experience over the PS3 Owners

Look for the 200th time and so you can be absolutely clear about this I will type it in caps "THE COMIC WAS NOT MEANT AS COMPENSATION", the comic is a means to allow those that have never played Mass Effect 1 to shape the Universe how they want to shape it. This may come as a surprise to you but that actually covers a hell of a lot PC and Xbox gamers too.
The comic makes Mass Effect 2 more accessible to them and that is nothing but GOOD you just can't seem to see that,
There is a need for this comic on all the platforms and no one except the odd misguided person like you that thinks the comic was "compensation" is hurt by the comic being available to ALL Mass Effect gamers.

I think a great many here don't particularly want you associated with them either all you have done is attack and insult people because you don't share their view. Oh and you lost the high ground the minute you started calling people "whiners", the only one tarnishing anyone here is YOU.

Why? I took the high road last time and the Whinners continued to demean themselves and protrate themselves as they begged Bioware to give PS3 Owners the Bir and give them a Comic too even though ME1 > Comic in every way possible.

People who take the high road don't broadcast how much they think they're better they are than everybody else.
