Says you. I believe in fairness for all parties and having this comic given to all is the very definition of unfarness. We've had ME1 for years. If you haven't beaten ME1 yet or are too lazy to just do the quests that do make a difference than that's too bad. Bioware shouldn't be catering to laziness and greed because Whinners demand it.

You don't believe in fairness you want to deprive content from Mass Effect customers.  That isn't being fair that is being petty and nasty. The comic coming to the PC/360 is good news for everyone, Mass Effect 1 not appearing on the PS3 is bad news for everyone.

You really need to evaluate your ideas of fairness, you do not create fairness by doing petty nasty things. All you do is create more unfairness.  In reality the situation regarding the PS3 version can never be made fair.

I suppose you believe that PC/360 users should have to wait an extra year for Mass Effect 3 do you ?  I mean that seems to be fair we got Mass Effect 2 a year earlier than PS3 users so if we go by your bizarre morals that should mean PS3 users get ME 3 first and PC/360 users get ME 3 a year later.

It isn't content that we don't already have. Get that through your head. What happened in the Comic? It happened in ME1 plus more things that the comic doesn't bring up. You get a few choices in the comic and that's it. ME1? You can get 'all' the choices if you desired. Those if anyone is deprived content it's still the PS3 Owners.

You don't create fairness by kicking someone in the nades than buying ice cream for the other person. That's exactly what the Whinners accomplished.

Where are you getting that PC/360 should wait for ME3 an extra year? ME3 is a new game and I expect it to be released for everyone. This arguement has nothing to do about ME3. It involves the unfairness of Bioware caving to whinners wanting a Comic.

This makes sense.

Feros, honestly there's no reason to have a "choice" here.  The choice in the game was driven by combat, not something on the dialogue wheel.  I can see why it would be removed.

Well there is a choice to kill Shiala.

Hm so are you saying that the comic has no content then ?  It is just a list of choices and that is it ?  No it is a different way to experience the Mass Effect Universe.  As a fan of the universe that Bioware has created I would like to experience that.  My experiencing the comic will not affect PS3 users whatsoever, there is absolutely no one harmed by me experiencing the comic.

Elite Midget wrote... You don't create fairness by kicking someone in the nades than buying ice cream for the other person. That's exactly what the Whinners accomplished.

No one is kicking PS3 users in the nades, they are getting a fantastic product with tons of content and they are being giving a mechanism to alter the Mass Effect universe.  The only people having a problem with the comic coming to the PC/360 is whiners like you (and yes you are whining)

You stated "an eye for an eye" right ?  So is it fair that PS3 users had to wait a year for Mass Effect 2 ?  No of course it wasn't. So now we have to apply your idea of fairness that means the only way to "compensate" PS3 users for the year wait with ME 2 is to make PC/360 users wait a year longer than PS3 users for ME 3.  That seems to fit your idea of fairness.

Umm, how is that Bioware's fault that you played multiple Shepards the same way. ME was always slated as a trilogy, you should have varied your play if you wanted to experience all the ME universe has to offer.

I never said it was Bioware's fault.....

I never begged for the comic in the first place. I'm just saying it's great we're getting it too. Reading comprehension FTL ?

Then who are you blaming for playing "a dozen" Shepards the same way, cause it doesn't sound like yourself. Sorry I didn't look all the pages of fanboys yelling at each other to see if your name was on the list. Anyway, my point is that the comic cheapens the game, to me it is like an art major with a photo of the Mona Lisa hanging on the wall, and saying he doesn't need to experience the real masterpiece because he has the photo.

Also, if this is supposed to be ragging on my comprehension skills, then good call. I'm not going to read pages of what is nothing more than a flame war.

Want to experience it? Watch it on Youtube. You won't get the same WoW-factor as playing ME1 that's for sure.

Yes people are and will continue too and PS3 owners can only take it. If you had a choice on getting a new console for ME2 what would yet get? Obviously the 360 or even PC Version since you get more content, more choices, and can enjoy the experience of playing through ME1 'or' reading a short comic with few choices.

It wasen't fair but that can't be changed. They finally got it only to get a kick in the nades even after getting it late. They're suffering even more than need be. I expected them to get fair treatment for the late arrival and lack of ME1.

The Comic and ME1 are related.

ME3 isn't related to this subject. Stop trying to twist my words with falsehoos to try and justify your support for this injustice.

Answer me this Elite Midget, how does the release of Genesis on 360 and PC adversly affect anyones experience of the game? How does it matter to players of the PS3 version.

I just have to say this...Look who's whining now? Shall I get my violin out to play while those who are against the comic whine? Or shall I provide some cheese?

It effects the experience of PS# owners when they learn that we got their precious comic and have ME1 as well. Thus they can't make some choices on the PS3 that we can if we so desire. Thus cheapening the experience for them while the Whinners gloat about having more choices and content.

yes it is relevant you believe "an eye for an eye" don't you ?  Obviously you do because you are stating to make things fair for PS3 users then PC/360 users should miss out on content.  Now what about the unfairness of having to wait a whole year for Mass Effect 2 then ?

I mean surely the PS3 users should be compensated in some way for that in your world.  So if you believe that PC/360 users should have content with held from them to bring about fairness then you must agree to compensate PS3 users for the year long wait on ME 2 they should get ME 3 a year earlier than PC/360 users.

Oh wait a minute could it be that you wouldn't like the idea of having to wait a year longer to play ME 3 that suddenly changes your morals ?   As I said you have some twisted ideas about what is fair.  So let me help you, it is UNFAIR that PS3 users do not get ME 1.  It is UNFAIR to with hold the comic from PC/360 users.  Now being unfair twice does not make things "fair" it just makes things MORE unfair.

Why do you care so much? It's a damn game for crying out loud. So what if all systems get the comic. It was said before that all systems would get the comic eventually. Maybe they should have kept the PS3 crowd out of the ME series if there's going to be more whining about it hm? And by the way I do own a PS3 and prefer to play games on a PC when it comes to ME or Dragon Age.

No...having a comic gives us LESS choices. It means that people who haven't played ME, but have played ME2 all have access to the same content for the third game. So essentially, you want PC/360 players to be punished for not playing the first game?
Also, some people might just want to change a few descisions for the first game. I already have two characters imported from ME1 into ME2 ready for ME3, but I want to use to comic to create a third character that does some things differently to the other 2 (killing Wrex, romancing Liara) which I could not do without rebuying ME1 and replaying the main story, which is not viable for me.

I know how to settle this.

If there are any PS3 owners who don't have ME for either the PC or Xbox. Speak up about how you feel about the comic or forever hold your peace.

Also I was a PS3 owner from 2006 to 2009 and I sold my PS3 for my 360 just to play ME and Halo. I'm pretty sure other people could of done the same thing as me.

I'm not sure if that is a big enough decision if there are only six choices.

I guess this is where we differ, if I didn't have that then i would won't to got through the whole thing to get the conversations and choices that lead up to killing Wrex and romancing Liara, instead of just a slider. Kind of like the how without the why.

She won't be a major NPC in ME3, so Feros is useless...

Regardless of anyones viewpoint on this, Elite Migdet's insistance that this is an 'injustice' is laughable.

Injustice is a huge stretch. Possibly a minor inconvenience, but the only inconveniece will be going to the reporter without knowing if I knocked her lights out.

Shall I quote Jesse Houston again, seeing as you never responded to the first time I quoted him:

Jesse Houston wrote...

This interactive comic's initial release will be exclusive to PS3 owners who would be otherwise unable to realize the full effect of choice in the Mass Effect universe and will be included on the Cerberus Network.

According to this statement, the comic was never intended as a PS3 exclusive, just a timed one. Deal with it. You can call it unfair or an injustice (lol) or whatever.

I for one am glad that BioWare shows it truly wants all their fans, regardless of platform, to get every content that is available. For PS3 never seeing ME1, talk to Microsoft about that, I'm sure they'll have a good laugh when you start talking about injustice.
