We had yours ages ago, but for some reason you kept on giving it. Ah well.
Because you kept asking about it, which is foolish when you talking with somebody as obsessive as myself.
Your reaction to S/S romance being confirmed.

So homosexual relationships being accepted pulls you out of thoughts of darkness altogether? I think you overestimate how much better that makes a world by just a tad.
Bisexually is totally unrealistic. I have bisexual friends and ex's, but I suspect they're all dragons.
Actually, that might explain a few things with some of the bisexuals I know...

Political and social commentary isn't allowed in the forums. And the only ones showing indignation seem to be everyone who gets so offended by my comments.

Possibly it's because we sense your real reasons. Also, you're not at all lacking in defensive self-righteousness yourself.ReconTeam wrote...

I'm just hoping the sexytime scenes don't feature granny underwear.

Ah, well, I for one am glad that games can be told from perspectives OTHER than heterosexual males, and that over the course of 10 years, no matter what your gender or your orientation, you will find some luvin.

Definitely the most pressing matter.

Absolutely. Those underweartastic sexytimes in DAO were the most immersion breaking ever. Who'd romance someone who actually wear that stuff under their clothing? Or worse, like Morrigan, who put it on just for together time?
Completely unrealistic

Unless you're asking an insecure male.

Please don't talk about people like they act the same way just because they're all gay or black or whatever. And yes, if I deslike the m/m LI I'll complain quite a bit.

Not only self-righteousness, but disingenuous self-righteousness, considering the fact that your real reasons don't have much to do your argument. So not wanting something makes me prejudiced and ignorant? Good to know. So what was the point of this topic exactly? Praise is only acceptable and if you don't like it your ignorant?
Falsely framing homosexual content as some kind of crime against story structure.I don't see why that aspect of the real world wouldn't carry over to Thedas. You've got what you wanted from Bioware and I fail to see how not wanting immersion breaking behavior from NPCs is such a crime.
Though if you want to stop talking since it's the next day, that's fine. I just didn't want you to think that my going to bed was my running out of responses.

Assuming something will be in the sequel just because it was in the first game is generally a recipe for heartbreak. Just ask all those folks who assumed there would be more than one origin story. We also saw this type of content disappear from ME2 when at least the f/f options were included in the first game. Yes, this is news. And I for one am very happy to see it continue into DA2. Thanks, devs!

It isn't the game's fault you are uncomfortable with homosexuals.
I don't want Thedas to be the land of politically correct. What happened to dark fantasy?
I tend to agree with you, but at the same time. I could care less. it's not an option I will explore, so no issue. like TV, if you don't like what's on? turn the channel. However I understand your overall point.
