Please help! I have bought some DLCs online, downloaded and installed them. When I start Mass Effect 2 the game asks me to login to the Cerberus Network to proof the
authenticity of the DLCs. When I try to connect, I am told, that my computer can not connect to the network. I am asked to try it later, but it just wont work. Can someone please help me?

Same problem here.

The game tries to connect to the cerberus network but after 30 sec replies with "server dont response" (i installed the collectors edition and all the codes has worked fine), in adittion the rest of the dlc its unable to activate.

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure ME can connect?

check your wired connection . Then test the connection it should go through like that. Mine says the same thing but when i run the test connection in runs and reads it

same thing happened to me, I also tried to disable the firewall but nothing, not

connect any more 'after installing the latest dlc Shadow

Had to buy a new cerberus code after upgrading my o/s to win 7,paid for it but never received code.Have tried numerous times to contact support but web page is broken,and have gotten nowhere with emails

From the very top, Official Help is at EA, not here.  We are other gamers in here.  Nothing official. 

Second, the game is pretty close to a year old.  Everything that can go wrong for anyone with Cerberus has already gone wrong before, and their messages are stored in the archives.  The most common things are there many times.  The forum's own search is pretty wonky, but you can use Google or Yahoo with a site: redirector to have it look in here. 

Third, people are either on Holiday already, or making sure they are caught up at work so that when they get back, they haven't got a pile of work waiting for them, so they aren't in here.  The readership is way down, so answers will be few.  I don't know what will fix the problem, but I'm sure that the Archives will get you an answer faster than this message of yours will.
