If I am not wrong, DA on PS3 is better cause of blu-ray. There wasn't enough space in an DVD, so they had to take out some things, compress other things, etc.

This.

It has everything to do with it.

I explained why Bioware is doing their PR Talk about the PS3. They caved to Whinners and thus are covering it up before PS3 Owners are any the wiser.

Casey Hudson still can't tell the difference between gender and sexuality. I stopped listening to him a loooong time ago.

from what ppl is saying and from what I saw- PS3 has better illumination, less shadow bugs and corrected those eye bugs. X360 sill has more detail and more stable framerates.

Casey can but PR Talk demands that it not be the case because of the radicals that would throw a fit as big as the Fox News Controversy.

It seems like the 360 version still looks better but it is not some landslide

So on the PS3, you can see the enemies approaching clearly as your game grinds to 13 fps. :D

Well the Bioware devs said that it's supposed to have better detail and a stable fps as well. Damnit this really sucks

Don't you own the 360 or PC version?

"Definitive" doesn't mean "Superior".

Don't knock the FPS untill you've played it or many reliable sources chip in about it. I doubt Bioware went through all the work for nothing. Also, I believe the PS3 Version will get any Patches as needed down the road.

"Definitive" can indicate an inability or non-necessity to change or tweak something any further because it is believed to have reached its peak quality; that is, it has become "final". I'm of the opinion that's what Casey meant, but I have no clue.

And technically Casey wasn't lying. In his warped vision the PS3 version might look better. It is entirely subjective.

I know I shouldn't be happy about this but I've had a lot of poor experiences with ignorant arrogant PS fanboys so I can't help but laugh at their reactions. Some are still in denial calling the screenshots and first hand experiences fake having not even tried the demo themselves.

I've tried the demo already. Yes I enjoyed it (even though I beat the game many times already), but graphically, PS3 version is dumbed down even with this "ME3 engine"

If it makes you feel better, I had the 360 you know. On topic, In the real world, Bioware says a lot of things just to make profit. Just utter BS just to fool their PS fans :crying:

Definitive could've simply refered to the fact there's nearly all the content on one disc. That in no way means "better", "final" or "superior". It's marketing talk; plain and simple.

People who are often the most disappointed are the ones who try and take a mile from the inch they were given. Look around these forums, there's glaring truth to that everywhere in this place.

Than I hope Bioware can somehow patch things in to make the PS3 version run more smoothly.

Why bother mentioning ME3 engine or PS3 version is going to look better then? Why such BS

Better be a graphical patch. I'm tired of hearing BS from EA developers too

Some of the pictures looked better on the PS3 others looked better on the 360. Like the PS3 seemed to clear up some of the background fuzz, but Shepard's face might look less detailed, less human, more plastic.

First of all, I'd like to point out that the demo was very fun, smooth, and graphically amazing, however I thought PS3 owners were getting the better version graphically? I mean Take a look at these comparisons. If the Mass Effect 3 engine looks like that, then I'd rather stick with the original engine. <_<

http://www.gameblurb...hot-comparison/

Please tell me that this is an old build and the retail version is going to be better? :pinched:

I haven't played the PSN demo, so I can't say myself (own it on PC, so no need to buy it again). What I can say however is lens of truth is probably the biggest BS website out there when it comes to PS3/360 comparsion. And even though gameburb did the actual comparison here, just the fact that lensoftruth linked it automatically makes it BS. lol
