This. No need to kite, just camp there and you can finish off everyone. Its a great defensive position. I took Zaeed and Grunt and Zaeed sniped while Grunt shotgunned any who got too close.

Edit: Your squad make up is key to getting through this part. Good choices are Grunt, Zaeed and Miranda. Garrus isn't bad either.

How do you get the widow by horizon?Harmless Pain wrote...
Before you enter the final area and cue the cutscene, whip out your sniper rifle, get your cloak on and snipe the scions in the far distance. If you have the Widow which I'll presume you do as an Infiltrator, you can kill both of them before you walk through and start the fight. This makes the battle A LOT easier and you should be able to deal with the husks by staying mobile.

You don't. Unless there are console/cheat codes out there that let you get it early.
