I didn't immediately offer the guy at the Silverite Mine to move to the keep, and then it wasn't on the dialogue menu anymore. I can't go back into the mine to try again.

Am I just screwed with the quest? I did get the encounter with the female merchant and saved her from the bandits.

Is there a consol cheat where I can make it as if I asked the guy in the mine to come to the keep? If so, how do I access the consol?
