upgraded my o/s to win 7,reinstalled my game.cerberus code didn't work,so bought new code,I mean paid for the code.Haven't received it.This has been 30 days now.Store web page doen't work.Cannot contact these sob's.WTF!

What store? You are in a GAME forum where the PC Tech for Mass Effect 2 is the subject matter. You do not have a Game Tech Problem, so you are off topic. To discuss the Store and problems with it (them, actually, I suppose) with other game players, there is a forum for that, but I hadn't even thought about EA's store, which also may be involved, and where the official support for either one of the stores is.
