Grunt and Wrex, but this is no surprise... one is a "pure" Krogan (with no experience, though), and the other one is an old, experienced battlemaster that has seen its share of combat.

^Seems about right.

I disagree.
I simply refuse to believe an asari who is barely more than a child and has had no military training (unlike most asari commandos) is as powerful as gameplay makes her out to be thus I'd put her below Jack.
Miranda has been genetically modified to be stronger than regular humans so she'd be stronger than Jacob biotic wise (I'd think he'd be more a combat oriented guy with regular biotic power)
Kaiden was said to be a powerful biotic who surpassed virtually all L3s minus Shepard so I'd put him above Jacob.

So my list would be:
Samara/Morinth
Jack
Liara
Miranda
Kaiden
Jacob

(Wrex and Thane not listed because we've had no real mention of their biotic power outside gameplay)

I'd say Grunt.

1. He's the only one immune to Haestrom's Solar Radiation.
2. He has a Rhino Charge that is great for crowd control.
3. He is equipped with the 2 most versatile weapons. The assault Riffle and Shotgun.

In terms of gameplay it's hand down Miranda, I can't even see a contest here.

.

Now, in the universe it's hard to say. I start from the principle that Shepard is the most powerful individual in the galaxy whatever the class he is, so, even when he is a soldier with no biotics he would be able to defeat a master biotic like Samara or Jack.

.

So, it's really hard to take a pick because it would all be very subjective. But I think it would stay between Grunt, Wrex, Samara, Morinth, Miranda and Jack, with Garrus running a little behind.

oh good god...

take Jack.

Jack is obviously a stronger biotic than Shepard but let's assume she is only just as strong. Some of Shepard biotics exert a force of 1250 newtons. that is the force of a 20 pounds bowling ball hitting a wall at some 290 MPH and that is assuming the wall is pliant enough to allow a WHOLE second of deceleration.

yeah...1 on 1 duel/fight any biotic would crush anything......lore wise

From an in-universe perspective.

In no paticular order:
- Samara
- Wrex
- Grunt
- Jack
- Thane
- Morinth

This is of course pure combat strenght.

From a lore perspective, I'd say Samara is the most powerful squadmate in the series thus far. Her biotic ability supposedly rivals that of an asari Matriarch, which is extremely powerful indeed.

Wrex wouldn't be too far behind. An aged and experienced traditional Krogan Battlemaster that was able to kill a Thresher Maw on foot? Impressive.

The strongest squadmate Shepard has had so far *has* to have been Wrex, hands down over everyone else. He's a Krogan Battlemaster who's taken down a Thresher Maw on foot and his biotics aren't wimpy either (not equal to Samara/Morinth obviously, but still..)

After Wrex I'd put the next ones as Samara/Morinth, Grunt and Jack in that order.

In terms of gameplay? Garrus and Zaeed, then anyone else who can use an Incisor, then probably Miranda, then anyone who can use the Mattock, then everyone else, then Jacob.

Who's the strongest? One of the 2 Krogan squad mates of course. Wrex gets my vote over Grunt because because he has biotics in addition to soldier talent.

I'd personally put it something like this:

Strongest
Grunt
Wrex
Legion
Zaeed
Garrus

Medium
Jacob
Morinth
Samara
Ashley
Kaidan
Thane
Mordin

Weakest
Jack
Kasumi
Tali
Liara

This is going by their capacity in terms of raw strength, with Grunt at the top and Tali at the very bottom.

As far as overall superiority goes, in terms of biotics, It would go something like this:

Morinth
Samara
Liara
Jack
Jacob
Miranda
Kaidan
Wrex

^Seems about right.

I agree with your rankings on everything except Liara. She's stronger than she looks and playing as an Infiltrator, she was the major reason I got through the Assassin showdown in Lair of the Shadow Broker.

In the overall rankings, I'd flip Liara to Medium solely because of her gun skills letting her down from hitting higher.

Out of me1 and me2 gameplay wise its wrex by a fair amount. High HP, shotguns and assault rifles, krogan regeneration, warp, throw, immunity and barrier? Thus guy was a beast.

Zaeed. That guy has taken out just about anything in the galaxy.

After him, probably Jack.

Depends on what you fight. Against Geth/robots Tali and Legion. If you let them control them you never even have to kill one on your own. Even though sometimes better to have only one of them and the other be one who can destroy shields (Miranda/Garrus)..

Against Biotics/Collectors Jack and Samara. Or maybe Miranda again since she can overload and warp, both good against shields/barriers.
