[Deliciously-Demonic]

I know I'm not the first, and I never claimed differently. In fact, I'm only attempting it because it's been done before. Mixing fandoms hasn't gone well for me in the past, so I stick to crossovers already done at least once before.
Of course it's less 'mixing' the two since it's just that one thing, and it's a Forgotten Realms thing that could easily be a theme in NWN, but I suppose it's also a matter of opinion.

Well. That was a weird dream.
I was playing ADwR waaay to late last night, and when I went to bed, that was all I could think about.
So, naturally, I dreamed about it.
I dreamed I was the princess, but it was before Bentacuria fell to the Dhorn. I snuck out of the castle to visit the city and someone tried to mug me. This man came out and saved me by beating up the mugger, and then took me somewhere to get me cleaned up. When we entered the house he put down his hood and it was Valen. I just...gaped while he cleaned the dirt an blood off me. Then we started talking, for a while, until I had to go back to the castle. And I kept visiting him every day until one of the guards saw me and followed me. He freaked out when he saw me kiss Valen, ran in, grabbed me and dragged me off. And my parents yelled at me and asked me what I thought I was doing an told me I was forbidden from seeing him again because he was a tiefling and it would ruin them. Cue the whole 'But I love him, daddy!' response. xD So once again I snuck out, this time with a bag of my things, and offered to help Valen get back to the Underdark if I could stay with him. He asked me what I would do without my family and I told them they were a bunch of intolerant jerks and I didn't care. So we went back to the Underdark. Then, unfortunately, I woke up.
But I enjoyed it.

That is a pretty awesome dream. Mine seem to involve strange things, like hand eczema (I used to suffer from it ;_ and that one dream where Valen and Fenris played chess together while discussing their lives as a slave. And then Raziel from the Legacy of Kain games came in, and Valen, Fenris and Raziel had a long philosophical debate about something, but I wasn't really listening. Why? Because I was just happy listening to their pretty voices.

Try thinking about Valen like crazy before sleeping, maybe that'll help. *shrug* They just happen. Sometimes in dreams, I don't actually see him, but I know he's there.

I have no idea about surfacer food or how long hafl-elves live (shame on me!), but my calculations look like this:
Valen was kicked out at very young age and captured while still not grown good enough, but just enough for fighting, so I think around 15-16. Then slavery and Blood Wars - Valen mentions, 20 years if I remember corectly, but I think it could be more. Then one should add a year or two for him being caged and another year until finding Seer. So, we have... 37-39 years-old minimum.
...Well, cross-breeds DO age slower. ^^;

...And black. So sexy >3

According to the Forgotterealms Wiki, half-elves live up to 180 years, and reach maturity at 20. So in that case he'd be just barely an adult (which Max believes makes sense, /stealth snark). But the wiki also says tieflings live up to 80 years...


And yeeees, black undies for Valen. (I also would've accepted red, white and red-but-turned-pink-because-he-fails-at-laundry)

I get the feeling that, since he's a soldier and a former slave, he'd prefer simple foods. (honestly, that wouldn't stop Liz from cooking up the most extravagent meals she can for him. xD)

D-D is weird when she's tired.
If Rikardo, Elizabeth, Max and Valen were in DA2

"Let's add 'Exploring the Underdark' to the list of Bad Things," Rikardo said flatly.
"It's not so bad," Elizabeth smiled winningly at the aasimar, who eyed her moodily.
"We need to find that portal again." Rik sighed, running a hand through his silvery hair.
"Well, that could take long time." Max input. "So what we do now?"
"We could find a town and ask a wizard to make us a portal back to Toril," Elizabeth suggested.
"True, true. Max?"
"I agree with the kid."
"As I thought. Valen?"
The tiefling, who had previously been brooding, turned sharply to his friend.
"The sooner we get back to the Underdark, the better."
"So, it's agreed, we find the nearest town and hire a wizard." Rikardo grinned ruefully. "Times like these I wish I had trained to open portals myself."
"That would make our lives so much easier." Elizabeth murmured. The others agreed.

The nearest town, they discovered, was called Kirkwall, and so they less-than-joyously set off.
The moment they set foot in the city, however, a horde of heavily armed men blocked their path.
"Halt in the name of Andraste!" the nearest shouted.
"Wonderful. Paladins." Max muttered.
"In your midst is an abomination!" the man went on, pointing to Valen.
"Abom- Hey now, don't be rude!" Elizabeth took a bold step forward. "He's not an abomination, he's a man!"
"I wouldn't expect a little girl to understand," he said dismissivly.
"Oh no he didn't." Rikardo and Max gasped at the same time. Elizabeth snarled something in her own language before reaching for the hilts of her short swords, Pride and Desire.
"I'll have you know, I am nineteen years old, not some little girl, and I will whup your ass if you don't let us all through!" she snapped.
"Andraste-"
"Listen, bubbo, I don't give a **** about your 'Andraste,' I just want through!"
All the men gaped at her.
"B-blasphers!" the leader barked. "Heathens! Take them into custody!"
"Gods I hate paladins."

Yeah. I just did that.

As they fought, from the shadows a pair of eyes watched them, wide and green. The templars continously fell, but for every one that was slain, two took his place. The group was quickly overwhelmed, but never gave way. Rikardo growled as his dagger was torn out of his hands. Quickly he raised his hands, muttered a spell, and conjured a fireball.
"Apostate!" one of the templars screamed, but it was too late as the fireball decended on them.
The figure in the shadow decided it was time to come out; a lithe, elven woman with long, wavy blonde hair came out.
"Stop!" she cried. "Leave them be, templars!"
"Champion? But-"
"No questions! Leave them to me." She conjured a wisp of flame in her hand to prove her point, and the templars nodded and retreated.
"You are not going to hurt us!" Elizabeth cried, jumping in front of the group with her short swords pointing at the elf's chest.
"I've no intention to." the elf murmured. "My name is Zella Hawke. I saw you fighting, and I decided to help. Ignore the templars, they do not understand."
"Well met, Zella. I am Elizabeth. This is Valen, Max, and Rikardo." she gestured to each as she spoke their name.
"I must ask...you say he is not an abomination...but what is he?" Zella asked, pointing at Valen.
"He's...a tiefling."
"What is that?"
"Er...he's decended from a demon."
Zella's jaw dropped, and her green eyes widened.
"Oh...Maker." she murmured. "W-whatever you do, do not tell anyone that! The templars will kill him!"
"I'm difficult to kill, lady Zella." Valen spoke up.
"Not that I not try," Max said with a smirk. The elf squeaked.
"H-he talks?!"
"What, did you think he was a mindless animal?" Elizabeth laughed. "He's...ah...special."
"I...see. You should come to my estate. We should talk."
Zella began to lead the way to the Amell Estate.

And yes, Drima, mods rule over my DA2 game. Elf Hawke is so much more gratifying then Human Hawke, me thinks.

So the elf, Zella, brought them to her family's estate in Hightown. It was very empty, as she was the only occupant other then the servants since her mother died and her brother became a Grey Warden, but she tried to hide it's sad loneliness as she gestured to so seats.
"Please, sit." she smiled at her guests, who easily complied. "We should discuss a few things. You are obviously new to the Free Marches."
"More like this entire world," Elizabeth grumbled. "We're not from this 'Thedas,' we're from a different plane, called Toril."
Zella watched her curiously for a few moments. "O-oh really? May I ask...how did you get here?"
"Weeeeell, long story short, we were traveling through the Underdark, accidently went through a portal, and ended up here."
"Underdark? Is that anything like the Deep Roads?"
"What are the Deep Roads?"
"Underground tunnels where monsters live and the Dwarvern Kingdoms once resided."
"Well, similar. But the Underdark is home to a large society of dark elves, called drow." a flash of worry over took RIkardo's face, and he jumped out of his seat slightly. "Oh, gods! Nathyrra! What will she think when she discovers we're gone?! Oh, she's going to be so pissed off at me!"
"Well...too bad for you," Elizabeth smirked. "I swear, you're the definite girl in that relationship."
"I am not!" Rikardo defended weakly.
"We're visiting a new plane and at the first mention of drow you worry that Nathyrra will be mad at you. Face it, Rik; you're her b*tch."
"Shut up!" the aasimar growled.
Zella laughed to herself as they continued to bicker, and asked Valen,
"Are they always like this?"
He nodded, hiding his grin of amusement. "Constantly. Like siblings."
Everybody suddenly shut up as the door opened and a new person barged in.

"Oh." Zella grinned at the newcomer. "Love, you should have said you were coming!"
"I'm sorry for intruding, Zella," the man said, eyes flickering warily at Elizabeth, Rikardo, Valen and Max. "I didn't realize you had company."
"It's fine, though you should probably learn how to knock," she laughed heartily. "May I introduce Elizabeth, Rikardo, Valen and Max?" she gestured to each of her guests in turn, then to them added. "Everyone, this is Fenris."
Rikardo and Elizabeth glanced at each other, both grinning lecherously as they looked over the new elf. Valen glared at Elizabeth as she leered at Fenris, and Max cackled to himself.
"Please to meet you, Fenris." Elizabeth's grin didn't change as she shifted, giving Fenris a good view of her cleavage.
"Ah...well met," the elf did his best not to stare as Zella gave him a 'don't-you-dare' look. "Zella, can we...talk in private, please?"
"Of course, Fen," she took his hand eagerly and began to led him to her study. "Please, make yourselves at home, we won't be long!"

When the elves disappeared, Rikardo and Elizabeth laughed loudly.
"Harlot," Max said to Elizabeth as she straightened her armor.
"Yeah, I know." she grinned wider, until she noticed the hurt jealousy in Valen's eyes. "Aw, I'm sorry, did I hurt your man-feelings?" she cooed, pinching his cheek lightly.
"She only does it to make you jealous, Valen, you should know that by now." Rikardo smirked.
"Must you flirt with every man we meet?" Valen snapped irritably.
"Must you say every woman we meet is beautiful," Elizabeth retorted. "Maybe if you toned that down, I wouldn't flirt as much. And besides, it's not like I'm going to try anything. You know you're the only non-human man for me."
Valen quirked an eyebrow. "That's a very specific claim."
"Yeah, what about human women?" Rikardo said with a perverted grin.
"I make no promises." Elizabeth said innocently.
