Still, any (truely, any) Valen art is wildly appreciated here - Fangirls are a ravenous lot.

So I think I got hands now, and I've gotten better on the past week, (it's really noticable ) and I sooooorta got toes down, (not the whole foot) but I still cant draw guys. Any tips? :3 I'm hoping to be able to offer you tiefling by next summer. (which I so think I can do :3) It's gonna be paper and pencil tiefling tho, cause that's currently all I know how to use. (Try to break down the tips to where a 14 yr old amature artist (I use the word loosely, cause I can only draw girls and cats :3) could understand. Thanks if you enjoy new valen art, I swear I will repay you some day xD

I have 2,016.

I use only about four of them.

Oh my goodness, a Valen thread. I can't believe I haven't seen this before. I haven't played NWN in ages but Valen was my first Bioware Boyfriend... embarrassing as it is to admit, lol. But I've had a soft spot for tieflings for many a year... So hi all

Greeting Juweee, welcome to Teiflings Annonomous - enjoy the dperavity! (What? You mean we're supposed to be stopping our obsession....? Where the heck is the fun in that!?)

Sorry Miriana, Valen thread tends to run by days instead of hours...Unless one of us runs across something particularily exciting....New art, fanfic, Valen-centric modding - that style of thing.

@MRC - Why dosen't that surprise me, at all?

*Sigh* You know, sometimes I wish I had the faintest inkling of programming and modding and such.....

I want more familliar choices! I even went through the wiki and have found all sorts of AWESOME creatures to use! (I want a Tressym! It's a freakin' catowl-thing! SO COOL!!!)

There is a hak that gives you ten extra choices for an animal companion - but that's specific to rangers/druids - And I like being a sorcerer(ress).

Sometimes all I really want is to change the Faery Dragon's colour - The turquoisey/green colour is nice- the first time around, then it gets boring.

Also, why don't Clerics get anything? Yeah, you can use Summon Elemental/Undead, Planar Gate and Planar binding - But so can the arcane spellcasters!

And I'm ranting again, aren't I? Bad Tash! Sorry.

I was a late-comer to NWN: tried it a couple of years back, didn't catch on, tried it again a few months ago, and it clicked. And Valen is definitely a wonderful character: among the best BW characters in general and one of the best romances. Broody and conflicted (and sexy) can be very well done, and he is a perfect example of that. So, here's to the tiefling!

And his interactions with Deekin were priceless. Not sure who else he'd get along with from the old NWN crowd. Daelan yes, mutual respect as accomplished warriors and all that. Sharwyn would probably tease him silly (although in a more insidious way than Deekin), Linu would probably fuss over him in an "oh you poor dear" kind of way. Tomi...don't expect them to have much in common. Not including Grimgnaw in the list for obvious reasons.

I've always wondered, did the other companions (Boddyknock, Xanos and Dorna) never make it back in because people hated them?

Anyway so nobody is willing to make more valen vids? :x any thread creepers out there willing to? :3 I search for valen stuff probably once a day >.< ugh need to get my comp fixed and then go buy NWN so I can surpass this withdrawal.

Freakin' God-O'-Love Gaider and his pixel hotties. <_<  There is no escape.  It's appropriate I found the thread actually, as I'm just now starting a new Hordes game.  First one in about three years.  Don't know how I've dealt with the Valen withdrawl. 

Well, I do, actually.  Bloody elves. Still, they didn't have horns.  Which reminds me, I feel I should mention that I actually encountered a very attractive man with horns at my local Renaissance fair a few months ago.  It was a little disturbing how much of a turn on that was, I flirted shamelessly.  It's all the Tiefling's fault!  *Headdesk*

But oh well I actually had a dream with carth, valen, and garrus in it. :3 along with some real life friends ofc. If I remember right, Garrus was calibrating, Carth was crying about him doing it wrong, (he was shirtless for no apparent reason ) and me n valen were just laying around and staring at eachother. Lots of bioware in my dreams lately. It's very very nice.

This seems right. It just wouldn't do for Valen to be too excited about it! I'm sure he'd love it, though, since I've always imagined drow food to taste pretty nasty, don't know why.
