If I get the PC version, does the DLC from XBox transfer over?

Also quick update to all those who were wondering, I finished downloading the content, I installed it, and it worked. Granted nothing popped up mentioning the shadow broker but i expected that seeing as how I haven't gotten that far on my PC version. But if Kasumi and Overlord did, then I would assume Shadow Broker did too.
You wont get the Shadow Broker to pop up till you are done with Horizon and have access to Ilium.

This information is user created content and we are not liable for it's contents. I am sorry, but unfortunately we will not be able to "Transfer" your content.

In response to Argonaut1314 I'm presented with a dilemma, I purchased the PC version of Mass Effect 2 as my XBOX 360 stopped working and went RROD, I have since traded in the physical copy of Mass Effect 2 and the slip that came with it with the code has since been lost.
Was it a PC version you lost the code to, or the 360 version? And is your PC version a boxed, D2D, Steam, etc?
If it's was the 360 version, it doesn't matter. You should have a new code with your PC version.

After going through EA customer support I was given my Lair of the Shadow Broker. Equalizer pack and alternate appearance pack. Nothing about overlord, or Kasumi though. LotSB was the one I really wanted though.
Edit: Wait they just showed up! Yay, I got all the DLC back!
I had the same thing happen to me1 :] Huge <3s to all of you at EA for being willing to do this.

Lost the slip for the 360 version so cannot 'register' it, but have used the code for the Cerberus Network activation for it, the PC version is already registered.

The Cerberus Network activation card is useless after you use it on Xbox Live. IIRC the only thing you need to register the 360 version is the bar code for Bioware's site. If you tie your gamertag to your EA account and get that bar code (which you could find by going to a store and just write it down from the back of a random 360 ME2 box), it should automatically show up in game promotions.OmegaJudgement wrote...

The manual has a game access code, but I think that's for EA.com, not social.bioware.com.

I'm not sure if using this forum as support was what convinced them, but I would keep pushing the fact that other people have received the DLC despite them saying that it is not possible or whatever excuse they give.

But in all seriousness, I too held out from buying anymore DLC from BioWare until I found a way to transfer what I have purchased on the Xbox onto my new gaming rig.
And alas I have received the courage to follow through on that endeavor and interact with EA customer support with grand success.
After reading this thread, I knew it was indeed possible to have my registered game content downloaded onto my PC as well as the Xbox given the single sentence outlined by Ifandbut01 and Argonaut1314 with regards to the promotion being an unlock for both PC/Mac and Xbox 360 platforms:
"Your promotional code included an unlock for both PC and Xbox 360 platforms."
Why I had to go through customer support is beyond me but I had a smooth conversation going and before long I was able to download all of my content again onto my PC as I was suppose to in the first place given the above information. This may as well be the unfortunate side effects of heavyly emphasizing DLC across multiple platforms and trying to regulate it with multiple means of distribution IMO, so much rep for EA customer support. They truly support where needed.

@CountChoculitis: Make sure to point the support rep to this thread and to point out that I and several others have been successful in getting the Xbox version of the DLC copied to the PC. It might take a bit of time and a few tries.

I have gone through the e-mail and found that you are facing problem with the entitlements of the DLCs (Blood Dragon Armor, Kasumi - Stolen Memory, Overlord Pack, and Alternate Appearance Pack 1 Garrus, Thane, Jack) on PC version, since you have the same on XBOX 360 version. I am sorry to hear that you came across such an incident.

I still am looking forward to a viable reply to my issue. I was promised PC and xbox 360 codes for my DLC, nowhere by my DLC does it say ONLY for one thing or another except for a choice few. All my Mass Effect 2 DLC says specifically "Your promotional code included an unlock for both PC and Xbox 360 platforms...." Apparently the online chat representative tried to show this as false advertising or something similar. I want simply, what it says I am supposed to get. It only gave me half of the DLC I owned, and I want my other half for PC. I should not have to drop another $20-30 just to play what I already bought months ago! I have never had an unresolvable issue with EA until apparently now, I do not understand why this is so hard. Yes! I still look forward to a response, thank you.

I purchased the Mass Effect 2 DLC on the xbox 360, and I recently rebought Mass Effect 2 for the PC. Under my "Registered Game Promotions" it says all my DLC I have purchased on the xbox 360 is usable on the PC. Here is the messege:
"Your promotional code included an unlock for both PC and Xbox 360 platforms. To access your content on the Xbox 360, please ensure you activate Cerberus in-game using the same account you used while redeeming this code on the social website. Once you have done this, your content will be available for download from Xbox LIVE via the in-game store."
Now, it won't let me download "Shadow Broker", "Kasumi - Stolen Memory", and "Alternate Appearance Pack 1 (Garrus, Thane, Jack)" DLC which is what I want, and I should NOT have to re buy these at it would cost another $20....
If it says it is unlocked for PC and xbox 360,can I get another redeemable code for those 3 DLCs to download them for PC.
I look forward to your reply.

+1 to EA Customer Service. Really on the ball. My livechat went really smoothly. I included my transcript at the bottom. My word of advice from looking at other peoples chats is to not be wordy. Just explain your problem in a concise manner and the LiveChat Support people should be able to correct it.
Glad I found this thread!

I sat through 2 EA Chat sessions where they both told me that the DLC was console specific, and this was sent off to their senior support.
I just received an email from senior support saying exactly the same thing, simply stating the the whole "unlock code for both PC and Xbox 360' was a misunderstanding.
Looks like i'm one of the unlucky ones.
UPDATE: I received another email after I directed them to this thread. They state again that they won't grant me access to the PC DLC, and gave me a 20$ EA Store card for the 'inconvenience'.

I'm very satisfied with EA's customer support.
Advice for anyone having difficulties: speak simply and clearly, be calm, don't link to this thread and whine that others got it, don't be dramatic and threaten to call the BBB or whatnot. Be patient, be respectful and let them work.

spent 50 minutes trying to explain and being told dlc transfers from pc to 360 but not the other way round.
got them to call me back now on hold for the 4th time.
I'll let you know what the end result is...
Update:
I've just asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold and the line disconnected! I have had a call back but for some reason the man on the phone couldn't hear me and actually said "This guy's gotta call us back tomorrow"
They were still saying that transfer from 360 to pc is impossible and if I did get some other stuff transferred over then it was a fault <_<
Seriously dissapointed in EA customer services right now.
