Ok, what do you think the last ME 3 boss (realistically) will be?

Please no Blasto the Jellyfish or something....

Honestly I was thinking there probably wouldn't be a final boss, but maybe you infiltrate Harbinger himself and fight waves after waves of enemies inside perhaps to shut him down. I really don't know how they can pull something epic off.

Maybe a space battle perhaps...nah that'd be anti-climactic...

Leviathan. Obviously it's not going to go the same route as ME1, I would personally have shepard do it like The GoW2 worm "mission" where you fight him from the inside... while fighting off the inevitable indoctrination abilities.

Right now, I'm assuming you'll have to infiltrate Harbinger himself, fight whatever it is inside, and then upload a virus or some cliche sci-fi thing like this to bring the Reapers down.

Various possibilities... facing the Harbringer's core, in a similar way than the ME2's final boss, for example (but done better...). Or a duel with an eventual indoctrinated/huskified squadmate. Or if BW will do well its job, it will be something unexpected at all. Also, I'd like it to be something more articulated than... "go there, and blow up the biggest thing around you".

In other words, Independence Day? As long as Jeff Goldblum isn't an NPC, that would work with me. Leviathan is (supposedly) the "main" reaper in the end credits. Then again, my source was from another user, and who knows if he's right :-/ In which case I'll just say Harbinger instead.

Where did this "user" get his info from? I've never even heard of the name "Leviathan"...

Those who reap what they might have sowed in the Galaxy, in the flesh, not hiding behind an old machine...

Pretty much.  I just get a "You've already seen this before" feeling from the potential ending to this series.  I hope Bioware has something up it's sleeve though.  I'd kind of hate for the series to end on such a predictable note.

Jeff Goldlum as a crew member would be fantastic though.  He'd be the best tech/doctor character you could have.

Where I first saw the name is here http://social.biowar...index/5539086/2
So take from that what you will.

@Dr. Heart, he'd be a great doctor, but would I really have to talk to him... *points to Jurassic Park*
Shepard: I'm here to recruit you to help me fight against the collectors. You said you were a mathematician?
Jeff: Chaotician, chaotician, so you want to defeat the reapers, buddy? Well first you should get off that floor, so you don't catch a cold...cold...virus...computer virus... load a computer virus into the reapers! Let's take the barely tested alien ship and drop this lemonade stand.

Well we had Cyborg Zombie Frogger and a Terminator so far, so IMO it's Edward Cullen for ME3's boss

Nothing. Games don't always need a end boss.

looking at the ME1 and ME2 codexs again it looks like some gave out bad information, and reminds me of one of the reasons why I generaly never get involed in discussions

I don't see any sources for a "Leviathan". Nothing to back it up, so I can safely say that's BS.

It's Mass Effect. And a BioWare game.

The last two games had a boss, KOTOR had a boss, it would kind of be a break in stride if Mass Effect 3 didn't have one too.

Oh, yeah, it is.

I forgot to mention, it's sort of a meme I'm trying to seed.
