Bioware Points bought from EA Store not appearing on Points Statement :(

As the thread title said I bought two Bioware points packs on the EA Store to get some DLCs for ME2 (1 x 1600 points and 1 x 800 points). I paid with my debit card via my Paypal account but I'm not getting those points showing up on the Points Statement(still says 0 points). I checked my Paypal account and it says that the transaction has been completed.
Should I contact EA about this?

There might just be a delay - for future reference, it may be better to buy through the site next time - scroll over Profile, select Add Bioware Points and you'll have better options (both through payment and BP packages).  Also, if you go there now, below the payment options it shows your available balance - this tends to be the most accurate.  If it still shows 0 points, then I may suggest contacting EA support explaining the issue (pref. live chat).

were you ever able to resolve this problem? i am in the same situation. definitely just going to buy through the game next time.
