The crazy idea of purchasing a second copy of Mass Effect 2 on Steam has crossed my mind, as it's on sale for cheap and I'd much prefer to own a digital copy for convenience (my disc is also in inexplicably bad shape).
I already own a copy of the Collector's Edition and a fair amount of DLC.
I just wanted to know if buying a second copy would create any issues when I tied it to this account? All my DLC would still be accessible on my Steam version, correct? I wouldn't experience any conflicts or issues?

Theoretically, you shouldnt have a problem, as long as you log into the asme account Realistically, who knows. Steam loves shoving their own crap into software you download from them.
