For a while I want access to Mass Effect soundsets for characters. I've searched all over for something to extract them. I've found oggextract.exe but when I tried to extract one of the soundsets, it says 0 files created. I've tried a lot of other programs but none of them work. Now I've found a nice little program that will extract sound files for Mass Effect 2, Gibbed's Audio Extractor I think it's called. Is there a similar program for ME1 or is there any way to access the sounds in the soundsets? Is it even possible?

If there already is a way then please give me a link or an instruction.

Sorry but I'm kind of a noob when it comes to this sort of thing.
