I downloaded the game this evening.  When I try to play the game, I'm told "d3dx10_39.dll" did not load and I need to re-install the game.  How do I go about re-installing the game from the website.

Thats part of your DirectX runtime libraries. Download and install both DirectX9.0c (which ME2 specifically requires), and DirectX10 (which has a missing file by the error).

Once done, you should be up and running fine. Make sure your game version is patched to 1.02 as well.

Thanks. It worked. Unfortunately, I have a low-end chip set that does not work. I knew I was taking a chance.

no worries. A bit of patience and searching on google will reveal a couple of tips on how you can manually edit settings to give your system a chance at running the game. Success rates vary, but its worth giving a try.
