 When playing the expansion for the first time i encountered some severe graphics errors in the game, with some models not appearing.

in this screenshot you can see two npc's with no heads (notice there is nothing inside the helmet) and in the background there are doors and ladders floating in the air, with no visible buildings that they would be attached to.

My graphics card is a nvidia GTX480, i have confirmed i have the latest driver, although i have not tried reinstalling it yet. My base game is the digital deluxe edition purchased on steam, with a retail version of the expansion installed.

This error ONLY appears when starting awakening, no matter which character i upload, or if i create a new one, however it consistently happens every time i try to play awakening.

I have already tried restarting my computer and altering in game graphics settings, and restarting the game many times, as well as validating game files in steam.


Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm having the same problem. Did you ever get it fixed? If I put up with it at the start of Awakening, will it go away thereafter?
