The Warden simply was tainted by the archdemon blood and my guy was slightly insane from it. But he still did the ultimate task for Fereldan, so what was killing a few peasants for fun?

what about hawke punching the rock wraith? was that also class specific?
as in, warrior get to punch it

But do those class specific kills boil down further into weapon-specific kills for that class?

I'm guessing no.

Are we going to see more sickening cruel moments with them that were epic? Like Brother Genitivie(sp?) getting it lodged 6 inches in the back of his skull? Or handing the knife to connor's mom and letting her do the job?
