So what are the main reasons, that games are released in diff. days?

In North America, new media (games, DVD's, music, etc) is released on Tuesdays. I'm not sure why. Maybe because it's a slower business day, easier to stock the shelves? In Europe, things are released on Fridays. That's really all there is to it, I'm afraid.Holy Mortar wrote...
