Often, when I open Dragon Age, a pop up comes up and says that I can't load my game file because it contains Premium Content that I don't have access to, even if I'm always logged in. Whenever it does, I go check the downloadable content that I already downloaded, and it says "(Unauthorized)".
And also, sometimes, when I play, pop-ups begin nagging me, saying that the game can't connect to the Dragon Age network.

My Dragon Age is for the pc, my computer follows all requirements, I have activated all the firewall crap that should give full unrestrained access to my internet, and I have a wireless router that's always on. So. Can someone please tell me why the hell I have these problems?
