Since PC is the more versatile platform I see no reason to why you should not have controller support. Let people play the game with the control method they prefer. PCs are being used in very different situations by people with wildly different preferences. ME 1 and 2 not having controller support was THE SINGLE REASON why I did not buy the game for pc, diminishing the income of bioware. If Bioware want to stop making pc games, they can continue with their "forcing you to play this way" method on the PC. There are lots of controllers available for pc. The hardware is there. Many people own them. But software developer seems scared to try to implement it.  PCs are no longer for offices only...

I don't see why not. PC games are not meant to be played with M+K. They were meant to be played what ever the fu*k we want. And considering that this IS primarily a console game I don't see any logical reason not to have the option included.

As long as one form of control is as viable as the other, let us choose which we prefer. Those who don't want to use a controller wont use one.

I used to play Mechwarrior 2 and Mech2: Mercs with both mouse and keyboard, and a joystick & throttle set.
Non mouse & keyboard gaming has existed on PC for longer than 360/PS3 controller support for PC has.

No need. They should worry about adding anti-aliasing options and maybe DX11.

Anti Aliasing is more to do with the U3 engine itself. If they can work it in, fine. If not.... so what? It's not as though there's lots of jaggy edges on surfaces/outlines anyway.
