The most simple, uncomplicated answer is "people change."
The details:
Oghren wasn't always a drunken rabble-rousing clownshoe. He was one of the greatest warriors in his caste. Pride, honour, the whole enchilada. He was marriage material when he met Branka.
Branka wasn't exactly a paragon of emotional stability. You think she went crazy AFTER she invented the smokeless coal and led her house into the Deep Roads? Prolly not. She was probably always a little squirrely to begin with. Not enough to notice. Add fame, power, political pressure, and a degenerative mental condition (possibly lyrium exposure like Garin - she was a smith) and next thing you know she's draging her entire house into the Deep Roads to make darkspawn thralls.
Anyway, even before becoming a paragon one could presume Branka was not looking for what a "normal person" would. She certainly had no concern for castes or politics or social status. Therefore, Ogrhen's berzerker nature may also have appealed to her. Yes, he was warrior caste. But it may have been his unpretentiousness that drew her to him.
I could go on but back to the simple answer: Branka and Oghren were different people when they got married.
