Hi, lurker here

I tried searching but it seems the BioWare
checkout area where you purchase DLCs with your BioWare points is down.
I'm not sure if it's been like this for a while? I gifted myself to a
Christmas present to be slightly disappointed here. Am I doing something
wrong or is this a known issue?
