I am having a very big problem the game will not connect to the cerburus network in game it gives me the connection blocked or time out messege. i have tryed every fix i saw i am about to reinstall windows i got my game using steam so it may be something to do with the steam version.

me too, exact the same error massage, I have tried to close fire wall software, but it does not help

I have this problem too. I did chat with ea about this yesterday and they couldnt help me from the chat but he did send it to someone that can check it out. I told him that im not alone with this problem and i hope i get an answer soon. If i remember to i can update you guys about it in here when i get an answer =)

ME2 has been on sale on Steam, so there would have been a lot of sales, and attempts to register. More than likely its just congestion on the servers. Not much to do but wait, or try in the middle of the night when you think there will be less traffic.
