I've only completed a walkthrough of ME1 and ME2 once each. I tried playing another walkthrough of ME1, but then I got bored and didn't finish...

Personally, I don't understand the point of playing the same games over and over unless a few years has passed - there is always YouTube to watch for alternative outcomes and playthroughs.

Presently on my seventh run of ME. Speed running the first file and then importing and playing it again to hit level sixty. Aye, I am using the beloved level glitch. It would be noticeably higher if I had not been on a gaming break last year and had purchased mid 2008. So I was pretty late to the party.

ME2 I have finished twice and shall launch a third and probably fourth file within the next month. Only started playing in June and again was during my game down time.

For me personally. I rarely purchase a game unless I intend to finish it multiple times. I feel it is not worth the ticket price otherwise. Most of my RPGs have at least two or three run throughs. FFX has nine and Lunar is up to twenty four. Halo 2 will forever hold my "most time spent on" record. That was... frightening looking back. Some 3,000+ hours.

I think I had 3 on my 360 version of ME 1, then I got the PC version and had another playthrough in preparation for ME 2.

I've got at least 10 complete playthroughs of ME 2 and I've lost count of the number of "in progress" playthroughs.

ME2 playthroughs are a lot more work than ME1 ones, does anyone else feel the same? Yet it's more gratifying, because the combat takes focus, instead of just rushing and shooting as in ME1 if you're levelled up high enough.

I think I've played through ME1 four times, and ME2 five or six times.

I got ME2 about five weeks ago and I've played through five or six times...I have over a week in hours of in-game play. And I just got ME1 at Christmas.

For some reason I can only play as an infiltrator. Every time at the beginning I can't pick anything else.

3 playthroughs, going for a 4th one now.  All 4 Shepards are imported from 4 different playthroughts in ME1.  I think if I do ever go for a 5th or 6th one for ME2 I just re-import 1 of the 4 Shepards and make some changes to the save file.  Its just too much work to start a level 1 in ME1 for the 5th or 6th time.

I suppose it depends if you explore every planet in ME1 & feel the need to mine every mineral node / kill every thresher maw on foot in the planet.  I do find it more tedious to do ME1 completely, especially driving MAKO all over the place again...

I find repeating the playthroughts in ME2 to be significantly less painful and more enjoyable than ME1.

I think I've played almost every class on ME 1 except Engineer and Sentinel at least once. I know I've played the solder and vanguard class in ME 1 multiple times however. . . Before old compy had issues and had to be put to rest. . . I think I had something like 20? or ME 1 completed with the Vanguard class being the most used.

With ME 2 I played only 4 classes (want to do other classes but for some reason I just love the Adept!) Solder (1 time) Infiltrator (4? times) Vanguard (4? times) Adept (5 or maybe I'm on my 6th run now?)

But with both for some reason (while I usually play my own gender in games like these) I actually found I favor the FemShep more and have only been though 1 run (ME 1 & 2) with the male version.

In ME 2 I'm also a bit curious if anyone noticed some differences with the AI (enemy reaction) and attribute bonuses with your squad between the various classes? It's a feeling I get that the dev team might have had some difficulty between them in ME 2 getting them balanced or something. It didn't seem noticeable until I went Infiltrator then Adept right away but the AI seemed to react a bit differently on some parts. Then again it could just be DPS values (and my play style) between the two classes too.

I also found that the ME 2 classes had more flavor (or different feel) to them than in the ME 1. . . Anyone else notice that too?

ME1: 4

ME2: on my 7th now

I usually playthrough both games in a month or less then get bored, play them again about 3 or so months later. I only got an Xbox in March 2010 so was a little late to the ME universe.

Actually 4 times ME1 and I'm going with the 3rd full playtrought of ME2. But I've got the first game this summer and the second 2 months ago. Gimme time!

When I find a film or a book with a good story and or interesting characters I usually re-watch/read over and over again (I've finished LotR and Jurassic Park something like tenths of time). For ME is the same... with the exception that's interactive too! So I'm not planning to be bored of it very soon ^^

4 completed play throughs for ME 1.

9 completed play throughs for ME 2. I'm doing the ironman/hardcore thing from now on. If Shepard dies, delete the career. Adds quite a bit to it IMO.

That is no slight on the games. I love the ME Universe but I'm not really a replayer sort of gamer
