Hi, I have a problem.

I got the retail disc of Dragon Age Awakening as a gift today and I put it in my Xbox and it said that the disc is unreadable. I've cleaned it with a soft cloth, even some cd cleaner I have, and it still doesn't work. Is there any code or something it comes with so I could just download it from xbox live instead of buying it again?
