Hi, lurker here
I tried searching but it seems the BioWare checkout area where you purchase DLCs with your BioWare points is down. I'm not sure if it's been like this for a while? I gifted myself to a Christmas present to be slightly disappointed here. Am I doing something wrong or is this a known issue? I was hoping to buy LotSB and the Kasumi DLCs for ME2 ;(

As this forum is pretty much just for general knowledge, and no other complaints of this type have come in (that I'm aware of), I'd suggest trying to contact EA Support (as its really them you're buying it from)...but as its the holidays, it might take a while for a response (likely tomorrow at the earliest). Personally, bought some DLC a week ago and it worked fine, so if its an actual problem, it's gotta be very recent...so you have enough points, and you click to try and buy the DLC but the transaction just never goes through?...it may just take a while - be sure to keep tabs on your promotions (Profile>Your registered game promotions) to make sure you don't accidentaly buy anything twice...
And thanks, btw, for realizing the Bioware Store forum is not the place to ask about DLC or points...so many people fail to realize this.

The checkout was still down today, but EA Chat Support kindly added the DLC to my account and removed the required BioWare Points for me.
