Does anyone know how to create new player character sound sets? I know the sound set files are located in the \\packages\\core\\audio\\vo\\en-us\\vo folder, and the PC sets are named ss_pc*.fev and ss_pc*.fsb. Can these be opened/edited in the Toolset? If so, how?

I want to get some BG/IWD sound sets into the game, if possible.
