Im looking to raise my paragon by doing some side quests, any specific quests that are especially helpful for this?

Citadel: Scan the Keepers - tell the salarian to stop the scanning, turn in the volus to C-Sec and you get a good Paragon boost.



Bring Down the Sky - let Balak leave and disarm the bombs to save the workers for a +8 paragon boost



Wrexs' Family Armor - I believe you get a decent paragon boost for completing this with Wrex in your party



Check out the Mass Effect Wiki list of Assignments and you will find each one having a breakdown of points available (where applicable).



All I know is that I maxed Paragon on my Male Shepard Soldier playthrough without really trying too hard.

yeah i started my playthrough late because i loaded a really old character i started back in '07, so im trying to catch his paragon up so i can ensure that wrex survives through this game, as well as the other benefit
