I just bought ME2 from steam yesterday I downloaded all the free DLC (Cerberus network and i have terminus armor)
and when i click on them they can't seem to find the ME2 that is loaded on my pc.
Did i download files or installers?

You downloaded the file from the site yes? It's an installer click the file and click install. It will install the DLC. When you are done start up the game and once you are in the game the DLC will be acknowledged if it installed yes?
