I got myself a Key Bindings Mod to get myself resources easily and save "a bit of time". Then I accidentally hit the "Unlock ALL upgrades" key because it's the exact same key for Fraps video recording and I ignored it.

Now it seems that my ship upgrades are incomplete and Jacob thinks I didn't upgrade the Ship Armor (for some reason, Garrus and Tali's upgrades seem to be fine, maybe because I had already upgraded before the "unlocking" incident") despite Heavy Ship Armor being listed in my upgrades list..

Does anyone know how to reverse the upgrade so I can manually upgrade it on my own?
I am aware that the codes for upgrading are

setintbyname Tec_ShipArmor 1
and so on.

Is there any way I can just "downgrade" then upgrade again without loading an older save?

I don't want anyone on my team to die... :crying:
