I'm playing a ranger and I've maxed out the ranger skills so I have the 3 enhanced pets. My question is how can I add my pets additional skills to their action bars?

For example my wolf only has Howl and Shred on the action bar but I know it has dread howl, take down, and charge. I found this out by click on the +1 extra tactics notice at the bottom of the screen that brought up the wolf's combat tactics screen. I seem to be able to only access the tactics screen for my pets right when I summon them as well when the little notice comes up.

So how do I access the extra skills and the tactics screen for my pets without desummoning/summoning?
